Expanded and remodeled small 2/1 lake cottage, adding a 3rd bedroom and bath downstairs, opening and enlarging the kitchen and living area to the lake view below.

Transformed a cramped bungalow on a hill into an open plan retreat that celebrated the remarkable lake view. By stripping away surface materials and interior walls, we created a spacious upper level that took full advantage of the patio and lake views. All electrical and plumbing was upgraded as were the two bathrooms.
